Return 

Our policy takes 30 days. If the purchase has passed 30 days,unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To return your product to be used and the same, that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are not refundable. Perishable goods, eg., Food, flowers, newspapers and magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept goods that are intimate and sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To return the goods, you have to provide a purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Shipping back

To return the product, you should send your product to indicated to you by phone.

You will be responsible for their shipping costs for your goods return payment. Shipping cost refunded. If you get a refund, return costs will be deducted from the refund.
